I’m currently working on a business strategy case study for my business management course, and honestly, I’m a bit stuck. The case revolves around analyzing a company's competitive position and suggesting strategic moves based on current market trends. I’ve read through the material a couple of times, but I'm not sure how to structure my analysis or link it properly to models like SWOT, PESTLE, or Porter’s Five Forces.

Has anyone tackled something similar before? What’s the best way to approach these kinds of case studies without sounding too generic?
